1、采用正压二次成型、打飞机孔(选配)、冲裁、输托、加料、下纸卡、热封、成品输送等包装形式，结构简单，操作方便;
2、采用不锈钢罩壳，外观美观，清洁方便;
3、采用变频调速、彩色触摸屏，人机界面和PLC可编程控制系统，操作清晰简单，自动化程度高，更具人性化;
4、采用伺服电机无极控制行程，调节行程简单，更换模具方便;
5、采用光电控制，PVC硬片用完与纸卡不够时蜂鸣报警提示;
6、采用整机分体设计，方便运输和出入电梯; 

7、可根据用户和被包装物要求设计模具和自动加料器。

1. It has simple structure and easy operation, and applies the modes of package such as positive pressure two-step forming, aircraft hole boring (optical), punching, conveying, feeding, paper card insertion, hot  sealing, finished production conveying.
2. It applies stainless steel casing, with beautiful appearance and convenient cleaning.
3. It is much more simple to control, much more automatic, more humanize foe using frequency control, colorful touching screen and PLC control system.
4. It is much more convenient to change the abrasive tools because of the servo motor control system.
5. The machine has photo electricity control, there is a faint buzzing alarm if the PVC been finished and paper been left not enough.
6. Because of the separate design, easy to deliver.
7. Can design the mold and auto loading as the customer needing.
