Machine Introduction

The HCBK-1080 fully automatic cardboard laminating machine uses a PLC controlled Feida conveyor for the top and bottom paper, ensuring a smooth and accurate paper feeding process. The adhesive part on the base paper adjusts the amount of adhesive applied without stopping the machine according to the requirements of different papers, improving work efficiency. The base paper and surface paper are simultaneously positioned by the side pull gauge and enter the composite roller for laminating. After initial pressing, they are output through multiple hydraulic pressing rollers, and the finished product enters the paper delivery machine.

The card mounting machine is controlled by PLC program, equipped with multiple pressure rollers, and automatically controls the hydraulic station. The finished product has high bonding accuracy, and the base paper and surface paper are firmly and smoothly laminated. The finished product immediately enters the next process without waiting.
